Wedding Reception Ideas
The Venue
Your wedding reception venue will need to have the ability to be not only an elegant dining environment but also the backdrop to a memorable party. We are able to offer a number of ways to help you transform the room, just in the time it takes for your guests to stretch their legs or visit the bar.
Using the timeframe that most venues will describe as ‘turnaround time’, our team can install an array of enhancements that will make your room unrecognisable from the wedding breakfast earlier in the day. Starlight LED Dancefloors, colour-schemed mood lighting, mirror balls and even furniture are just some of the ways we can make the transformation. Having performed regularly at various venues across the East Midlands, ranging from established hotels to marquees and stately homes, we have garnered excellent working relationships which helps us to work hand in hand, smoothly and efficiently.
For further selections of furniture or marquees, remember to explore the exquisite selection of contemporary and traditional marquees offered by our sister company, Bradgate Events. From grand traditional structures to intimate gazebos, they have a range that suits various preferences, making them ideal for intimate weddings. If you’re considering a marquee wedding, why not reach out to them for more information?
LED Uplighting & Mood Lighting
Elevating the visual appeal of your space without significant additional costs is simpler than you think – enter LED mood lighting. With a palette of over 4,000 colours, you can create colour-washed walls or introduce subtle mood lighting. Opt for a fixed colour of your choice throughout the day and evening, or choose our ‘deluxe mood lighting’ package to transform the room with dynamic rainbow colour chases and vibrant effects, reminiscent of a nightclub ambience.
Starcloth Backdrops
Another enchanting way to metamorphose your venue is by incorporating a star-cloth backdrop, strategically placed behind the DJ or around the room. This not only adds a visually stunning element but also introduces a genuine ‘wow’ factor to your evening festivities.
White Starlit Dancefloor & Plain White Dancefloor
Imagine creating a captivating focal point for your special day. Our impeccably polished white starlit dance floors offer a straightforward yet impactful way to infuse class, glamour, and beauty into your wedding reception.
Picture this scene: The secret of the starlit dance floor remains concealed until the music for your first dance begins. As you step onto the dance floor, the lights illuminate, framing you and your partner perfectly, creating a mesmerising backdrop for guests and your photographer to capture unforgettable moments.
The Plain White Dancefloor offers all the elegance of the White LED Dancefloor without the glitz of embedded lighting. The increasingly popular plain white dancefloor is often hired for weddings, birthday parties and special occasions. The pure white panels offer a clean & elegant look that will work perfectly with any theme colour. We offer coloured lights to project any colour of your choice across the dancefloor to create that real wow factor.
